Where was Graham when a half-billion in American taxpayer money went to Iraq? These so called "fiscal conservatives" only become fiscally conservative when our tax dollars are going to help us out of all the damage the Republicans have done to this country. When it's giving away our tax dollars to the super rich, defense contractors, big business and big oil at the expense of the nation -- where are they then?
