America as the Last Man Standing

September 28, 2008
America as the last man standing

"In a generation or two, the US will ask itself: who lost Europe?"

From a speech of Geert Wilders, chairman Party for Freedom, the Netherlands, at the Four Seasons, New York, introducing an Alliance of Patriots and announcing the Facing Jihad Conference in Jerusalem.

The speech was sponsored by the Hudson Institute on September 25. A brief quote from his remarks follows:

"I come to America with a mission. All is not well in the old world. There is a tremendous danger looming, and it is very difficult to be optimistic. We might be in the final stages of the Islamization of Europe. This not only is a clear and present danger to the future of Europe itself, it is a threat to America and the sheer survival of the West. The danger I see looming is the scenario of America as the last man standing. The United States as the last bastion of Western civilization, facing an Islamic Europe. In a generation or two, the US will ask itself: who lost Europe? Patriots from around Europe risk their lives every day to prevent precisely this scenario from becoming a reality."

The following film FITNA was made by Geert Wilders and was shown to the meeting before his speech.

  1. Four years ago I started a file called "How the west is caving to radical Islam". The file grew so large I have abandoned collecting articles pertinent to the subject matter.

There is a reason Europe is now referred to as Eurabia. Both Mark Steyn and Bridgett Gabriel have written books that highlight how radical Islam is quietly taking over segments of society in Europe.

For instance, sharia law is now practiced openly in parts of England. There are entire neighborhoods the police will not monitor and where father's commit "honor killings" of their daughters if the girls are raped. And the polic do nothing.

There is no such thing as Eurabia except in the mind of conspiracy theorists and Europeans-haters.

  3. Dear Mr. Krebs, One does not need to be a "conspiracy theorist" to view the statistics on birth rates in Europe and determine that Europeans are losing the race. I lived in Europe for several years and the culture we knew and loved will soon be overrun. I wish it were not so.

    You must defend what remains.
