Update on SCOTUS Obama Citizenship Case
We understood that the case brought by Leo Donofrio against the N.J. Secretary of State to prove the eligibility of Barack Obama to be on the N.J. Electoral College slate was to be conferred on by the Supreme Court on Friday. However, as far as I can tell from reading the internet and Donofrio's own blog, it was not but may be Monday at 10:00. Donofrio's website can be found at http://naturalborncitizen.wordpress.com/. For anyone interested, he has researched the citizenship of all our past presidents, and reports on controversies about: James Buchanan, Andrew Johnson, Woodrow Wilson, Herbert Hoover and Chester Arthur. According to Donofrio, all but Arthur are proven to be "natural born citizens" and Chester Arthur was probably not.

Seems the Supreme Court is waiting to hear from me before issuing a decision on Donofrio, so here goes: While the Court is more than loathe to enter this dispute, currently it has no choice (thanks to the audacious one — and I don’t mean Leo, I mean Barack) and the ONLY WAY to bring closure, knowing CLOSURE IS ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL before any Presidential inauguration, is to back the original intent of the Constitution, meaning, Obama is NOT an Article II “natural born citizen” (albeit Obama may or may not be a “citizen”, a question heated by the steadfast refusal of the DNC or any of the Secretaries of State to require his birth certificate, which the Court will now not have to confront).
ReplyDeleteAs for the BC--it matters little; since at best--he is a naturalized citizen; at worst an illegal alien to this country. EITHER one makes him IN-eligible to hold the office of POTUS. His own web site has stated clearly that his FATHER was "a British citizen" because of Great Britian having protective leadership/occupation of Kenya at the time of BO's birth. Nationality follows the FATHER, always. BO was a NATURAL-BORN BRITISH citizen...NOT US. He can become Naturalized later (but probably didn't) BUT he can NEVER be re-born as something he never was. CASE CLOSED.
ReplyDeleteBreaking news. The Supreme Court has ruled NOT to hear the bogus case of Barack Obama's citizenship. The clown who brought the case to the Supreme Court should be charged with bringing a frivolous suit to the court. Talk about a waste of time for the courts.
